Vintage postcard featuring the Royal London Wax Museum and Crystal Garden in Victoria, British Columbia. The Royal London Wax Museum, housed in the former Canadian Pacific Railway steamship terminal on the Inner Harbour, displayed Madame Tussaud-style wax figures and was one of Victoria's most popular tourist attractions from the 1960s through the 2000s. The Crystal Garden, adjacent to the Empress Hotel, was a grand glass-roofed conservatory originally built in 1925 as a saltwater swimming pool and later converted to a tropical garden and attraction. Both are now closed, making postcards of them collectible pieces of Victoria's heritage tourism history.
