Standard Scan — $25 CAD
Up to 3,000 pixels, 300 dpi. Delivered as-is. Ideal for personal collections, research, and reference use.

Print-Ready Scan — $45 CAD
Up to 5,000 pixels, 300 dpi. Optimized for print dimensions and colour accuracy.

Premium Scan + Retouch — $85 CAD
Custom size. High-resolution scan with professional retouching: dust, scratches, and colour restoration corrected for a clean, publication-quality file.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer instant downloads?
No. Each high-resolution scan is prepared individually. Files are delivered via Dropbox within 3–5 business days.

Can I request a scan for a postcard that has already been sold?
Yes. I maintain archival scans of most items and can supply a digital file even if the original postcard is no longer available.

What file formats do you provide?
High-resolution TIFF or JPEG files, depending on your preference. TIFF is recommended for archival or print use; JPEG is ideal for general editorial use.

Will you remove scratches, stains, or age marks?
A light cleanup is included (dust, minor scratches, edge cleanup). For deeper restoration, please inquire — extended work may involve an additional fee.

Is this a licensing service?
No. This is a scanning and digital preparation service only. No copyright or reproduction rights are granted.

Are these images in the public domain?
Many items in the collection are historical postcards predating 1928 and are generally considered public domain, but I am not able to provide legal clearance. Users are responsible for determining the copyright status of any image.

How do I request a scan?
Contact me with the postcard’s title or SKU and I’ll follow up with details.
