Dr. Mahlon William Locke (1880–1942) was a Williamsburg, Ontario physician renowned for his foot manipulation technique. At the height of his fame in the 1930s, thousands of patients traveled from across North America to be treated in his outdoor "Famous Circle," where he would move from patient to patient in a rotating queue. This RPPC captures that scene.
