  • Sepia-tone real photograph with fine detail in fur and bark texture
  • Caption printed lower left: "Bears at Jasper Park" (partially legible)
  • Made in Canada; divided back

  • Circular date stamp: partially legible, Jasper area postmark
  • Two 1-cent green stamps, King George V "Medallion" issue
  • Addressed to Miss Gwen Jenner, Box 327 P.O., Prince Rupert, B.C.
