This postcard is in excellent condition. The back includes printed description: "Westminster Abbey from the East. The Chapel at the east end of the Abbey shown here is in the perpendicular style and is much admired. Most of the older parts of the Church are early English. The octagon building partly shown is the Chapter House, built 1250, and used as the meeting place of the Commons from 1282 to 1547."
