"Dear Sister & Bro I am well on my way down the Kootenay. It's splendid this morning, it's a far better boat & lake down the arrow lakes. I had 5 hrs of Sicamous. Landed at Revelstoke at 12 pulled out at 8:15 am next morning. Narrow Head at 11am, Nelson 12-20 midnight. a good night sleep. Lots of snow on the hill tops down the Narrow Lakes. This is the last boat I am on. Good bye for the present Love to all. E."
