Message (verso): Handwritten in ink to "Ida" from "Auntie Seddie" — "Dear Ida I hope you will like this P.C. it is Columbian Street how it looks when it is lit up at night. I think I promised you one this is exactly like it. I can tell you it is a grand sight to see all of the Lamps. Next time I will send it as it looks in daytime."
