Cobalt Ontario Canadian Bank of Commerce People Horses Water Wagon early 1900s RPO RPPC Postcard SP16 *as is

"This is where I keep all my money. You will notice the water wagon in front. That's a very good sign. Happy New Year."  ~ Fred

This unique old card sold 'as is' due to the bottom right corner tip being clipped off, a cancel ring perforation/tear (about 1/3rd the size of the cancel ring) in the top left region due to a hard cancel on the back, and some general creasing and abrasions throughout.  It's not in the greatest of condition and yet still a pretty rare old historical document.
